I think there was a bit of a flight to safety to the big end of town late last week. 

Don't know if it means anything, but will soon find out..

 I see on a couple of well known, & reputable Australian trading sites and forums that sell commercial trading systems, some users are in large drawdowns & some are questioning whether to continue trading or not.

I find the fact that my 2 portfolios have recently made new equity highs to be extremely encouraging.

New equity highs for both portfolios again, & now I'm including dividends that's helping too.

The "Runner" portfolio now has 12 positions, so that's some compensation for using fixed sum & not using a more efficient form of money management.

I think the optimum number of positions would be between 15 & 20, but initially that's simply not an option when starting the portfolio with limited capital & relatively high brokerage rates.

Buy TPM both portfolios Mon at the open

I was torn between playing it safe this week & buying WOW or risking more on the position with TPM.

That"s the disadvantage of fixed position size, you can't adjust the position risk by varying size.

I will be addressing this shortcoming in my new daily system which I am currently forward testing.
